While it has done some good work with social media, such as creating a specialised campaign for the Australian dollar in March, it appears the company is not taking the same approach to the Australian consumer.
Instead of focusing on the Australian market, the company appears to be spending more time targeting Australian businesses.
It has also become the subject of a public outcry after it failed to follow up with the Australian Consumer Affairs Commission on its Facebook ads targeting the Australian public.
